    I’ve had my set of Beam flatware for going on 16 years and its truly stood the test of time. I bought the set when I first joined the military and it’s been all over the world with me. I just dropped by to see if there were sugar spoons sold separately for espresso as I find that I need coffee more and more these days :). You can’t go wrong with this set!

    We have loved our Beam flatware. It has served us well. We love the simple contemporary lines and the finish. The weight and balance of this flatware is just perfect and rather than try to select a new set, we decided to add to our current set to replace some missing pieces. Anna in Customer Service was very helpful.

    I have been using my Beam flatware for just over a year now and have been completely happy with it. I love the durability and strength-I won't be accidentally bending a spoon anytime soon I chose this set because I couldn't seem to find flatware that was clean and uncomplicated but didn't feel too "fancy" for a weeknight dinner. I plan to purchase more place settings, as well as the hostess set soon.

    This is the 10th year that my family has been using our Beam set. Its quality has remained the same after all these years of everyday use. I love the feel and weight of these flatwares. I'm on this site to fill my set as many years of use have made some pieces disappear. I am happy to complete my set and excited to use it for another 10 years - maybe 20

    I just purchased the Beam 45-piece set in July '09, and I absolutely love it. The weight of the silverware is just right, not too light to where the silverware will bend, and not too heavy. So far, I've only handwashed these, and only had 1 rust spot show up, which was small, and I was able to remove with a scrubber. Overall , very pleased.

    I purchased a Beam 45-piece set in 2004, and I wanted to add a few settings. I found the special price Gourmet Settings offered and bought four more settings. I was amazed by the lack of any noticeable difference between the brand new setting pieces and the five-year-old pieces which had been in daily use. Incredible durability

Super Easy Flatware Shipping

Shipping with GS is so easy you will wonder why you would ever shop anywhere else!

Currently we only ship to Canada and the U.S. but we are slowly expanding to new countries so stay tuned. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. box addresses.

Our Free Shipping Offer is available to all retail customer orders that ship via UPS or Fedex Ground to Canada or the continental U.S. (excludes Alaska & Hawaii). To be eligible for free shipping, your total order cost must exceed $75.00 before taxes. The total purchase must be greater than or equal to $75.00 after a discount or a promotion code is applied. Gift card purchases will not be included in determining the purchase total.

You may cancel an order at any time prior to processing by emailing order@gourmetsettings.com or calling our office at 1-800-551-2649. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped. However, we do make returns very easy so please refer to our Return Policy page for easy returns.

We will process your order within 2-3 business days. Our standard shipping is via UPS or Fedex Ground. You may also choose the expedited services we offer. Estimated shipping time will depend on the shipping method chosen.

Orders under $75.00 will be charged a nominal shipping fee based on your order weight, destination and shipping method. The shipping rate is a real-time quote via UPS or equivalent.

US orders are shipped from our USA warehouse; Canadian orders are shipped from our Canada warehouse. This means that there will never be a DELAY in customs or any extra charges at the time of delivery.

Return Policy

Retail Orders:
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your product, we would love to hear from you and provide you with a full refund within 30 days after purchase if you follow this return policy.

Step 1:
Request a Return Authorization Number by emailing customerservice@gourmetsettings.com. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number.

Step 2:
Items must be returned in their original product packaging with the original receipt. We can only process returns and refunds for items directly purchased from and filled by gourmetsettings.com. Proof of purchase is required.

Step 3:
Returns should be sent to Gourmet Settings in a prepaid package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. We cannot replace lost packages during the return shipment if proof of tracking is not available. C.O.D. deliveries will not be accepted at Gourmet Settings.

Step 4:
Once the returned item is received at Gourmet Settings and the condition is verified as unused, a refund will be issued in the original form of payment for the cost of the product as well as the tax. All refunds are issued as a customer credit made to the credit card used to place the original order. Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is a result of Gourmet Settings' error. This process generally takes 7-10 business days.

Exchanges:
We do not exchange items. If you would like to exchange your item for another, simply return your purchase by following these instructions and place another order online.

Refused Shipment:
Refused shipment will be returned to our warehouse and treated as a return. Refund will be issued for the cost the product minus return shipping charge.

Gift Certificates:
Gift certificates cannot be refunded or redeemed as cash. Gourmet Settings gift certificates do not have expiry dates and can, therefore, be used at any time.

Warranties:
For any issues concerning the warranty, please see our Warranty Policy.

Wholesale Returns:
No returns will be accepted from wholesale customers. Please report any damaged or missing items within 7 days of delivery.

25 Year Warranty on all Items

Gourmet Settings Flatware comes with an industry leading 25 year warranty from the date of purchase against original manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty covers pitting & breakage of flatware pieces. The warranty does not cover scratches or surface staining due to everyday usage.

Proof of purchase may be requested. You may be asked to either return defective items to Gourmet Settings for review or you may be asked to provide emailed photographs showing potential manufacturing defects.

Once the warranty is approved, Gourmet Settings will refinish or replace your defective product without charge. A similar pattern will be sent as replacement if the original pattern is no longer available.
