Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your product, we would love to hear from you and provide you with a full refund within 30 days after purchase if you follow this return policy.
Request a Return Authorization Number from our customer service at 1-800-551-2649 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number.
Items must be returned in their original product packaging with the original receipt. We can only process returns and refunds for items directly purchased from and filled by gourmetsettings.com. Proof of purchase is required.
Returns should be sent to Gourmet Settings in a prepaid package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. We cannot replace lost packages during the return shipment if proof of tracking is not available. C.O.D. deliveries will not be accepted at Gourmet Settings.
Once the returned item is received at Gourmet Settings and the condition is verified as unused, a refund will be issued in the original form of payment for the cost of the product as well as the tax. All refunds are issued as a customer credit made to the credit card used to place the original order. Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is a result of Gourmet Settings' error. This process generally takes 7-10 business days. If you have not received the credit after 10 business days, please contact our customer service department at 1-800-551-2649.
We do not exchange items. If you would like to exchange your item for another, simply return your purchase by following these instructions and place another order online.
Refused shipment will be returned to our warehouse and treated as a return. Refund will be issued for the cost the product minus return shipping charge.
Gift certificates cannot be refunded or redeemed as cash. Gourmet Settings gift certificates do not have expiry dates and can, therefore, be used at any time .

No returns will be accepted from wholesale customers. Please report any damaged or missing items within 7 days of delivery.
