Super Easy Flatware Shipping

Shipping with GS is so easy you will wonder why you would ever shop anywhere else!

Currently we only ship to Canada and the U.S. but we are slowly expanding to new countries so stay tuned. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. box addresses.

Our Free Shipping Offer is available to all retail customer orders that ship via UPS or Fedex Ground to Canada or the continental U.S. (excludes Alaska & Hawaii). To be eligible for free shipping, your total order cost must exceed $75.00 before taxes. The total purchase must be greater than or equal to $75.00 after a discount or a promotion code is applied. Gift card purchases will not be included in determining the purchase total.

You may cancel an order at any time prior to processing by emailing order@gourmetsettings.com or calling our office at 1-800-551-2649. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped. However, we do make returns very easy so please refer to our Return Policy page for easy returns.

We will process your order within 2-3 business days. Our standard shipping is via UPS or Fedex Ground. You may also choose the expedited services we offer. Estimated shipping time will depend on the shipping method chosen.

Orders under $75.00 will be charged a nominal shipping fee based on your order weight, destination and shipping method. The shipping rate is a real-time quote via UPS or equivalent.

US orders are shipped from our USA warehouse; Canadian orders are shipped from our Canada warehouse. This means that there will never be a DELAY in customs or any extra charges at the time of delivery.

Return Policy

Retail Orders:
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your product, we would love to hear from you and provide you with a full refund within 30 days after purchase if you follow this return policy.

Step 1:
Request a Return Authorization Number by emailing customerservice@gourmetsettings.com. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number.

Step 2:
Items must be returned in their original product packaging with the original receipt. We can only process returns and refunds for items directly purchased from and filled by gourmetsettings.com. Proof of purchase is required.

Step 3:
Returns should be sent to Gourmet Settings in a prepaid package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. We cannot replace lost packages during the return shipment if proof of tracking is not available. C.O.D. deliveries will not be accepted at Gourmet Settings.

Step 4:
Once the returned item is received at Gourmet Settings and the condition is verified as unused, a refund will be issued in the original form of payment for the cost of the product as well as the tax. All refunds are issued as a customer credit made to the credit card used to place the original order. Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is a result of Gourmet Settings' error. This process generally takes 7-10 business days.

Exchanges:
We do not exchange items. If you would like to exchange your item for another, simply return your purchase by following these instructions and place another order online.

Refused Shipment:
Refused shipment will be returned to our warehouse and treated as a return. Refund will be issued for the cost the product minus return shipping charge.

Gift Certificates:
Gift certificates cannot be refunded or redeemed as cash. Gourmet Settings gift certificates do not have expiry dates and can, therefore, be used at any time.

Wholesale Returns:
No returns will be accepted from wholesale customers. Please report any damaged or missing items within 7 days of delivery.

25 Year Warranty on all Items

Gourmet Settings Flatware comes with an industry leading 25 year warranty from the date of purchase against original manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty covers pitting & breakage of flatware pieces. The warranty does not cover scratches or surface staining due to everyday usage.

Proof of purchase may be requested. You may be asked to either return defective items to Gourmet Settings for review or you may be asked to provide emailed photographs showing potential manufacturing defects.

Once the warranty is approved, Gourmet Settings will refinish or replace your defective product without charge. A similar pattern will be sent as replacement if the original pattern is no longer available.
