Absolutely love anything gourmet settings. The steak knive are awesome. THey are super sharp and very nice to use. Love them, can't wait to buy more gourmet settings

Steak knives are great. We used them the first time the other night. The forks of the set we bought at Costco need to have some sharpening and widening of the tines. Right now they don't pierce food well. Still, the design is excellent for stacking in the drawers.
