    I have had my original set for about 7 years. Over time, some of the forks and spoons vanished (accidentally thrown away?). My original set looks as good as the day I bought it and I wanted to replace my missing pieces. I bought 3 (20 pc) sets so that I could put some up just in case I have any more vanish. I love this set and I love its timeless style and most of all I LOVE its durability. My only wish is that I could by individual pieces instead of the whole set.

    We got this 10 years ago at out wedding. The set had lost several pieces and I was so so sad I couldn't find replacements in stores....then I found this website and was thrilled I love this set it goes great with my dishes....its great quality for the price and just as good 10 years later:)

    I love this set. This is in fact my second set of 8 that I have purchased. Although with this set, I have noticed that some of the pieces are tarnishing when in the dishwasher and I do not know why.

    Why is this flatware still not available in stores?? I purchased 2 sets appx 6 years ago and still love the design and finish. These utensils are solid and have withstood years of abuse in the dishwasher. The only fork that has bent was due to an accidental spin in the disposal The fork was slightly bent but is actually still usable I am so glad I found this site so I could order an additional set. The only way I will replace this set is if they stop making it or I lose all of my current utensils.

    My wife and I received this set as a gift for our wedding. We love the look and feel. It's very sturdy. You know they will never be bent or deformed. We recently purchased a couple new sets as some pieces have been lost. We looked into the Uptown version of this set but we really love the Loft. I really love the concave curve of the forks. I hope gourmet settings keeps this version Loft around for a long long time.

    Originally purchased this set 5 years ago, and absolutely love the look, design, and durability. After looking around for something to replace the set of Loft that we had, recently ordered an additional set to replace a few pieces that went missing in the last move. I haven't come across anything that would sway me from these.

    Love this set. First brought it at Wal-Mart in 2004, and through the years have moved and lost a bunch, and my son accidentally threw some away. Couldn't find them anywhere, and have tried other flatware but do not like any of them because they bend too easily and the edge of the fork are too sharp. So, finally after looking online I found this set again. Took me long enough, and I brought 2 sets. Once you buy this set no other flatware will ever be good enough for you.

Shipping with GS is so easy you will wonder why you would ever shop anywhere else!

Currently we only ship to Canada and the U.S. but we are slowly expanding to new countries so stay tuned. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. box addresses.

Our Free Shipping Offer is available to all retail customer orders that ship via UPS or Fedex Ground to Canada or the continental U.S. (excludes Alaska & Hawaii). To be eligible for free shipping, your total order cost must exceed $75.00 before taxes. The total purchase must be greater than or equal to $75.00 after a discount or a promotion code is applied. Gift card purchases will not be included in determining the purchase total.

You may cancel an order at any time prior to processing by emailing order@gourmetsettings.com or calling our office at 1-800-551-2649. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped. However, we do make returns very easy so please refer to our Return Policy page for easy returns.

We will process your order within 2-3 business days. Our standard shipping is via UPS or Fedex Ground. You may also choose the expedited services we offer. Estimated shipping time will depend on the shipping method chosen.

Orders under $75.00 will be charged a nominal shipping fee based on your order weight, destination and shipping method. The shipping rate is a real-time quote via UPS or equivalent.

US orders are shipped from our USA warehouse; Canadian orders are shipped from our Canada warehouse. This means that there will never be a DELAY in customs or any extra charges at the time of delivery.

Return Policy

Retail Orders:
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your product, we would love to hear from you and provide you with a full refund within 30 days after purchase if you follow this return policy.

Step 1:
Request a Return Authorization Number by emailing customerservice@gourmetsettings.com. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number.

Step 2:
Items must be returned in their original product packaging with the original receipt. We can only process returns and refunds for items directly purchased from and filled by gourmetsettings.com. Proof of purchase is required.

Step 3:
Returns should be sent to Gourmet Settings in a prepaid package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. We cannot replace lost packages during the return shipment if proof of tracking is not available. C.O.D. deliveries will not be accepted at Gourmet Settings.

Step 4:
Once the returned item is received at Gourmet Settings and the condition is verified as unused, a refund will be issued in the original form of payment for the cost of the product as well as the tax. All refunds are issued as a customer credit made to the credit card used to place the original order. Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is a result of Gourmet Settings' error. This process generally takes 7-10 business days.

Exchanges:
We do not exchange items. If you would like to exchange your item for another, simply return your purchase by following these instructions and place another order online.

Refused Shipment:
Refused shipment will be returned to our warehouse and treated as a return. Refund will be issued for the cost the product minus return shipping charge.

Gift Certificates:
Gift certificates cannot be refunded or redeemed as cash. Gourmet Settings gift certificates do not have expiry dates and can, therefore, be used at any time.

Warranties:
For any issues concerning the warranty, please see our Warranty Policy.

Wholesale Returns:
No returns will be accepted from wholesale customers. Please report any damaged or missing items within 7 days of delivery.

25 Year Warranty on all Items

Gourmet Settings Flatware comes with an industry leading 25 year warranty from the date of purchase against original manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty covers pitting & breakage of flatware pieces. The warranty does not cover scratches or surface staining due to everyday usage.

Proof of purchase may be requested. You may be asked to either return defective items to Gourmet Settings for review or you may be asked to provide emailed photographs showing potential manufacturing defects.

Once the warranty is approved, Gourmet Settings will refinish or replace your defective product without charge. A similar pattern will be sent as replacement if the original pattern is no longer available.
