    I first saw the butter knives for this set at Marshall's and bought them because they were of such good quality and they had an elegance, weight, and simplicity that I just couldn't resist. I ordered the rest of the set on-line and purchased extra pieces to have settings for 12. We were very pleased with all the pieces. They are very nicely designed and as other reviewers said, they fit in your hand nicley. Not only is this company's flatware superb, the customer service was incredible. Probably one of the best I've ever dealt with. I had a small problem which was cleared up completely. I was extremely satisfied with my purchase...well beyond my expectations. All around, this was a great shopping experience.

    I have had the spoons to this set for a couple of years and have loved how they keep their shine and seem to fit all occasions. I just bought the 63 pc set to fill my flatware drawer. I love the spoons, forks and serving pieces but don't particularly care for the knives. They have a much modern cut than the rest of the set and garnered chuckles from everyone at the table the first night I set them out in my farmstyle kitchen

    I bought one dozen of teaspoons and one dozen of salad fork on line because it is very difficult to find high quality single items of flatware in department stores at reasonable price. I like the Windermere spoons which meet all my expectation and I plan to buy coffee spoons in the near future.

    We bought the Windermere 63 piece set around Christmas 2009. Though we live in Toronto, it took ~1.5 weeks to get here but that is probably due to the Christmas season. When we received the set we were disappointed to find a slight difference between what we ordered and what we got. We contacted gourmet settings and they had excellent customer service and couriered the missing pieces the next day, also they let us keep the pieces that were not in this set. While there are a few imperfections on a few of the untensils, this is hardly noticeable and overall for the price this set is definitely worth a 5/5 Carol, Toronto

    My mom got me a few serving spoons and forks for a Christmas present, and I liked them so much I got a bunch more to fill out the serving set. Excellent quality, nice heft, well balanced. My only complaint is the @#$%$% tags on some pieces, which are almost impossible to remove

    I got this set for my parents for Christmas. They've had the same silverware since they got married over 35 years ago and my mom was wanting something new. She loves it and ordered another 63 piece set to go with the one I got for them. It will work for everyday meals as well as more formal get togethers. I especially love how many extra serving pieces you can get to match

    The small 7" scissor tongs are perfect for serving tossed salads in the smaller sized bowls like familes of 4-6 use. I love them (Those 10inch tongs are way too big, and they just fall out of the bowl)

Shipping with GS is so easy you will wonder why you would ever shop anywhere else!

Currently we only ship to Canada and the U.S. but we are slowly expanding to new countries so stay tuned. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. box addresses.

Our Free Shipping Offer is available to all retail customer orders that ship via UPS or Fedex Ground to Canada or the continental U.S. (excludes Alaska & Hawaii). To be eligible for free shipping, your total order cost must exceed $75.00 before taxes. The total purchase must be greater than or equal to $75.00 after a discount or a promotion code is applied. Gift card purchases will not be included in determining the purchase total.

You may cancel an order at any time prior to processing by emailing order@gourmetsettings.com or calling our office at 1-800-551-2649. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped. However, we do make returns very easy so please refer to our Return Policy page for easy returns.

We will process your order within 2-3 business days. Our standard shipping is via UPS or Fedex Ground. You may also choose the expedited services we offer. Estimated shipping time will depend on the shipping method chosen.

Orders under $75.00 will be charged a nominal shipping fee based on your order weight, destination and shipping method. The shipping rate is a real-time quote via UPS or equivalent.

US orders are shipped from our USA warehouse; Canadian orders are shipped from our Canada warehouse. This means that there will never be a DELAY in customs or any extra charges at the time of delivery.

Return Policy

Retail Orders:
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your product, we would love to hear from you and provide you with a full refund within 30 days after purchase if you follow this return policy.

Step 1:
Request a Return Authorization Number by emailing customerservice@gourmetsettings.com. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number.

Step 2:
Items must be returned in their original product packaging with the original receipt. We can only process returns and refunds for items directly purchased from and filled by gourmetsettings.com. Proof of purchase is required.

Step 3:
Returns should be sent to Gourmet Settings in a prepaid package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. We cannot replace lost packages during the return shipment if proof of tracking is not available. C.O.D. deliveries will not be accepted at Gourmet Settings.

Step 4:
Once the returned item is received at Gourmet Settings and the condition is verified as unused, a refund will be issued in the original form of payment for the cost of the product as well as the tax. All refunds are issued as a customer credit made to the credit card used to place the original order. Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is a result of Gourmet Settings' error. This process generally takes 7-10 business days.

Exchanges:
We do not exchange items. If you would like to exchange your item for another, simply return your purchase by following these instructions and place another order online.

Refused Shipment:
Refused shipment will be returned to our warehouse and treated as a return. Refund will be issued for the cost the product minus return shipping charge.

Gift Certificates:
Gift certificates cannot be refunded or redeemed as cash. Gourmet Settings gift certificates do not have expiry dates and can, therefore, be used at any time.

Warranties:
For any issues concerning the warranty, please see our Warranty Policy.

Wholesale Returns:
No returns will be accepted from wholesale customers. Please report any damaged or missing items within 7 days of delivery.

25 Year Warranty on all Items

Gourmet Settings Flatware comes with an industry leading 25 year warranty from the date of purchase against original manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty covers pitting & breakage of flatware pieces. The warranty does not cover scratches or surface staining due to everyday usage.

Proof of purchase may be requested. You may be asked to either return defective items to Gourmet Settings for review or you may be asked to provide emailed photographs showing potential manufacturing defects.

Once the warranty is approved, Gourmet Settings will refinish or replace your defective product without charge. A similar pattern will be sent as replacement if the original pattern is no longer available.
