In my experience, Gourmet Settings has been a wonderful company that stands behind their products and I am very happy with this set. It is outstanding quality, perfect weight...not too heavy or too light. I love the finish and washes great in the dishwasher. Normally I like more ornate old world things, but the style of this set is very elegant and I love the shapes of each piece. I am super picky about the quality and safety of products I buy since my family has health sensitivities. I have not had any rust or issues develop, and do not doubt the quality of their products. I have contacted the company directly about their safety testing and am thoroughly satisfied.
