    I bought a set of Carry On when they were featured in Lucky magazine probably about ten years ago. I've moved twice since then and lost a couple of pieces. I was so thrilled to find they still make the line and it matches the old set (no design changes). It lasts forever, even under constant use, and still looks dynamite. And the price is perfect. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for cutlery that is stylish and durable.

    very disappointed bought this product from costco as a set loved it so much we decided to get some more pieces had to order more from this site as costco does not sell them anymore , they arrived and are obviously way lighter and made from a cheaper product actually feel ripped off don't buy it if you got the original set . had to use mine due to family coming for Xmas now there's no chance of sending back.

    I'm really disappointed at my whole set. They are super cheap, but very pretty. I bought thinking it was a good deal, but it's not. Every single piece I have is rusted and stained. I didn't think this was possible with stainless steel, but some are unusable and I had to buy a whole new set. I bought it from CrateBarrel this time around. I'm a single guy, but always thought I took decent care of this. Always washed in my dishwasher and I don't usually polish it. At first, it only only a couple of small forks, but now almost every piece of my 45pc set shows rust marks. I can't wash it off. The only set that survived is the serving pieces because I don't use them as much. Don't count on this being "everyday". Btw, stains started showing after 5-6 months of every day use.

    I'm loving my Carry On flatware. It brings a whole new dimension to eating for me. I think the style is elegant. I like the feel and weight.

    I ordered 4 of this serving spoons but 1 of them has a permanent black patch of stain on the spoon. I contacted the customer service about that. They gave me a prompt reply and sent me another one for the replacement. But the disappointed thing is, the replacement one which they sent to me still has imperfection. There has a little dented mark on the surface of the spoon. How disappointed

    A great value for the cost. We actually picked up an extra 8 settings (in addition to the 8 we already had) and inadvertently got the matte finish - which we like even more than the shiny/chrome finish that the original 8 settings came in. They're so heavy duty. We love them.

Shipping with GS is so easy you will wonder why you would ever shop anywhere else!

Currently we only ship to Canada and the U.S. but we are slowly expanding to new countries so stay tuned. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. box addresses.

Our Free Shipping Offer is available to all retail customer orders that ship via UPS or Fedex Ground to Canada or the continental U.S. (excludes Alaska & Hawaii). To be eligible for free shipping, your total order cost must exceed $75.00 before taxes. The total purchase must be greater than or equal to $75.00 after a discount or a promotion code is applied. Gift card purchases will not be included in determining the purchase total.

You may cancel an order at any time prior to processing by emailing order@gourmetsettings.com or calling our office at 1-800-551-2649. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped. However, we do make returns very easy so please refer to our Return Policy page for easy returns.

We will process your order within 2-3 business days. Our standard shipping is via UPS or Fedex Ground. You may also choose the expedited services we offer. Estimated shipping time will depend on the shipping method chosen.

Orders under $75.00 will be charged a nominal shipping fee based on your order weight, destination and shipping method. The shipping rate is a real-time quote via UPS or equivalent.

US orders are shipped from our USA warehouse; Canadian orders are shipped from our Canada warehouse. This means that there will never be a DELAY in customs or any extra charges at the time of delivery.

Return Policy

Retail Orders:
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your product, we would love to hear from you and provide you with a full refund within 30 days after purchase if you follow this return policy.

Step 1:
Request a Return Authorization Number by emailing customerservice@gourmetsettings.com. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number.

Step 2:
Items must be returned in their original product packaging with the original receipt. We can only process returns and refunds for items directly purchased from and filled by gourmetsettings.com. Proof of purchase is required.

Step 3:
Returns should be sent to Gourmet Settings in a prepaid package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. We cannot replace lost packages during the return shipment if proof of tracking is not available. C.O.D. deliveries will not be accepted at Gourmet Settings.

Step 4:
Once the returned item is received at Gourmet Settings and the condition is verified as unused, a refund will be issued in the original form of payment for the cost of the product as well as the tax. All refunds are issued as a customer credit made to the credit card used to place the original order. Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is a result of Gourmet Settings' error. This process generally takes 7-10 business days.

Exchanges:
We do not exchange items. If you would like to exchange your item for another, simply return your purchase by following these instructions and place another order online.

Refused Shipment:
Refused shipment will be returned to our warehouse and treated as a return. Refund will be issued for the cost the product minus return shipping charge.

Gift Certificates:
Gift certificates cannot be refunded or redeemed as cash. Gourmet Settings gift certificates do not have expiry dates and can, therefore, be used at any time.

For any issues concerning the warranty, please see our Warranty Policy.

Wholesale Returns:
No returns will be accepted from wholesale customers. Please report any damaged or missing items within 7 days of delivery.

25 Year Warranty on all Items

Gourmet Settings Flatware comes with an industry leading 25 year warranty from the date of purchase against original manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty covers pitting & breakage of flatware pieces. The warranty does not cover scratches or surface staining due to everyday usage.

Proof of purchase may be requested. You may be asked to either return defective items to Gourmet Settings for review or you may be asked to provide emailed photographs showing potential manufacturing defects.

Once the warranty is approved, Gourmet Settings will refinish or replace your defective product without charge. A similar pattern will be sent as replacement if the original pattern is no longer available.
