This spoon is large! Very solidly made. The slot is quite small but I like it. I have been using other GS cutlery for close to a year and very happy with it. seems to be very well made.

Great quality. Nice feel in my hands. I decided to use these to replace the steak knives in my kitchen knife block.

I love, love, love my settings. My first time to have a quality matches by 18/10 set if fkatware. So, to my sadness turned to delight, I found your company online as a few pieces have vanished. I purchased 12 each of full place settings, soup spoons (love these), demitasse spoons, and or d' oeuvre forks. I am now looking online to see if I can purchase piece replacements or must purchase by quantity. I love these so will continue to build in them. Anybody figure out and know where one fork, 2 tablespoons etc walk off to, please notify me. Ha Through the years, I've boiled it down to being some either named "Not Me" or "I Don't Know". So glad to know that large purchase is not ruined as now I can replace at will. Thank you "gs"

Recently made my 2nd purchase from gs, the Savannah Steak Knife set. Very very pleased with the design, obvious quality and heft of the knives. I continue to be impressed with the gs products. One very nice detail of this set is the absence of serrations on the blade. Quality knives from Germany, France, etc. are never serrated. The serrations make them impossible to sharpen and I'm sure are used on lesser quality steel. Who wants to have your guests saw through their steak.
