How can I track my package?
Once your order is shipped, you will get an email confirming the shipment of your purchase, together with a UPS tracking number. You could then track the status of your shipment. Also, you could find the tracking number by logging in to "My Account".
How long will it take for the package to reach my house?
We will process your order within 2-3 business days. Then, depending on the shipping method chosen, your shipment will usually take 2-7 business days to arrive.
Can my order be shipped to more than one address?
Yes, you can ship items to more than one address, but you'll need to place separate orders for each destination
Can my order be shipped to a P.O. box?
No, Gourmet Settings cannot ship items to a P.O. box at this time. UPS requires a street address for all deliveries. Please make sure to enter a complete shipping address location.
Can my shipping address be different from my billing address?
Can Gourmet Settings ship internationally?
No, Gourmet Settings only ships to Canada and the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii).
Can I change my shipping address after I place my order?
No, generally Gourmet Settings is unable to change the shipping address once an order has been finalized. You can call us toll free at 1-800-551-2649 to see if an address change is possible. We will do everything possible to accommodate your request.
Can I exchange an item after receiving my purchase?
No. We will recommend you to return the product for a refund and purchase another item from the website.

If you are looking for larger more elegant pieces, the Continental patterns may suit your style. Our more contemporary patterns in our Everyday collection will appeal to all. You can also choose between Classical and Modern patterns. If you are looking for truly unique styles, consult the Handmade collection.
How do I care for my cutlery?
It is important to wash your cutlery before you use it for the first time. Wash your cutlery soon after eating, as prolonged contact with certain foods, detergents and mineral salts in tap water can cause pitting and staining. What is Gourmet Settings' commitment to the environment?
Gourmet Settings is making a difference. It is eco-logical! To reduce the environmental impact of our packaging, we have designed a new 100% post-consumer recycled cardboard box without a plastic lid, replaced nylon tying cables with biodegradable twist ties, and we print with vegetable-based inks without lamination. To reduce our transportation footprint, we also significantly reduced the size and weight of the packaging itself.
