LOVE this set Yes, they are a bit large but it adds to their beauty. Have not seen any weird stains I leave them soaking in everything. I am getting more, I enjoy them so much

i was very pleased when i received the flatware... the design is great, although the knife is
slightly to big in the handle... that i can live with for the price point the unfortunate thing is
just this morning after leaving a spoon that i had mixed some hummus and hot sauce in a bowl i found that the remains had eaten through the matte silver finish and has left it tarnished or a black rubbed mark on it.... other than that it is great.... thanks for allowing me to post this....

I personally like the style but everyone including myself thing they're way too big. Friends ask if they're for serving but when I tell them it's for eating, they stare at them in disbelief. LOL I wouldn't recommend them to anyone I know but if you know someone that has a family all standing at 7 feet tall this would be the gift

This was a lovely set... but too large. I'd read the reviews and seen it featured in magazines, but in the end, the lengths of the utensils were too much for everyday use in a New York apartment. It might work for more formal dining in a home setting. I've returned them but please note that aside from the length issue, they were quite pretty.
