I bought my flatware at Costco and have really enjoyed it. We have small children in our family and it seems that they have inadvertently lost several of our teaspoons. I tried to order some replacements, but it seems that 1) you don't offer replacements for Park - Mirror and 2) secondly, you shipping rates are so outrageous for a small order, it does not make it feasible to even order replacements or addtional pieces.

My order took a very long time to get to me. It was in "unshipped status" for awhile, until I had to call to find out what was taking so long. Seems as though they forgot about me. They blamed the delay on "system changes". So while the customer service was a little bit disappointing, the product was quite nice. The picture doesn't quite show the curvature of the handles on the flatware. This curvature makes it very easy to pick up the flatware when it is laying on the table. The lines are simple and clean. The demi-tasse spoons are a wonderful size too...perfect for eating yogurt (at least for me).

I ordered four of the matching serving pieces to this pattern. They are as beautiful as the dinner settings themselves. Equally well-balanced with a beautiful shine that is very easy upkeep, even without a dishwasher. You just have to wash them with dish detergent and let air dry. I'd buy everything again in a second

I love the serving spoons and will get good use of them. However, I really wanted to add to my larger size teaspoons (there are 3 sizes in my set-very small, small and larger).
I rate the servings spoons at 5 stars.
